When performing coaxial packaging or butterfly packaging for high-precision optical communication, laser and sensor devices, not only a closed inert gas environment is required, but also the water and oxygen content in the box body needs to be kept less than 5PPM. In order to maintain the water and oxygen content stably within the specified numerical range, a gas purification system needs to be installed, which can circulate the gas in the glove box continuously, then through the gas purification equipment to remove the water oxygen and organic solvent impurities in the glove box.
