This equipment is specially designed for TO-CAN (T046 / 56) low speed (below 10G rate) devices or OSA products, Automatic high efficiency cap sealer can be selected to be packaged in inert atmosphere environment. Full-automatic cap sealer can be packaged in inert atmosphere. The equipment adopts capacitive energy storage power supply. to realize short-time welding and thermal insulation ,Packaging process with low impact, high precision and stable quality.
