This device can also be equipped with an automatic cover function module, which can be shaped and positioned through a high-performance recognition system. Through the positive and negative pressure discharge and retrieval functions of the suction nozzle, it can achieve the transfer, positioning, and precise placement of cover materials. The automatic cover module supports three methods: material tray, clip, and vibration tray. Optional accessories such as vacuum heating box and discharge bin can be selected according to customer needs. By using this machine to enhance production line automation, it can reduce employee labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and also reduce the impact of manual intervention on materials.

    2. Oven and transition box control

    Equipped with two baking modes: vacuum and nitrogen filling; It has the function of setting the time and frequency separately for different baking stages in different modes, and freely combining different modes.

    2-3 Has the function of automatically locking the oven door during the baking stage, and the function of automatically opening the door of the sealed glove box connected to the oven after baking is completed; Automatic transfer function from the oven and transfer bin to the sealed glove box carrier (single stack tray); Automatic loading, unloading, and sealing functions inside the sealed glove box.
