    There are two types of this series: fully automatic and semi-automatic,and can provide.special customized models including Vacuum Cap SealerThe pipe sockets and pipe caps to be welded in this equipment are supplied in the form of being placed inthe material tray. The machine arm automatically takes out the supplied pipe sockets and pipe caps fromthe material tray, and uses a high-performance visual recognition system to accurately, locate them before welding. The welded products are then stored in the material tray and sent to the discharge bin.

  • 1. Power on self-test: All motion axes of the device must undergo automatic reset self-test upon startup.

    2. Oven and transition box control

    2-1. Oven temperature setting area: normal temperature ~200 ℃, can freely set the oven baking time and heating rate;

    Equipped with two baking modes: vacuum and nitrogen filling; It has the function of setting the time and frequency separately for different baking stages in different modes, and freely combining different modes.

    2-2 has the function of automatically locking the oven door during the baking stage, and the function of automatically opening the door of the sealed glove box connected to the oven after baking is completed; Automatic transfer function from the oven and transfer bin to the sealed glove box carrier (single stack tray); Automatic loading, unloading, and sealing functions inside the sealed glove box.
