Vacuum heating system

Some materials that are sensitive to air and have poor thermal stability need to be dried in a vacuum and pure box environment to remove water or solvent from the surface of the substrate inside the device, or to dry/cure sensitive materials under specific temperature conditions. Vacuum heating system is the most economical and effective product to realize these functions, with the highest temperature reaching 180°C.

  • The system consists of scroll dry vacuum pump, solenoid valve and vacuum pressure gauge (or high temperature pressure transmitter), heating oven, auxiliary pipeline and so on.

    ★The scroll dry vacuum pump is an oil-free positive displacement mechanical vacuum pump with simple structure, large volume utilization coefficient, large compression ratio, stable pumping speed in a wide pressure range, high vacuum degree, and small driving torque., Small power change, low vibration and noise, high performance, etc.

    ★Brief Description of Function and Structure of Heating Oven

    The role of the oven is to remove the moisture inside the material. Customers can choose large and small two different volume of the oven.

    In order to ensure the sealing of the inner and outer doors, the sealed door is sealed by line contact (fluorine rubber sealing ring). The outer door is manually opened, and the inner door has two types: sliding and lifting.

    The box can bake 2 stacks of trays at the same time, and the baking temperature can reach up to 180 ℃.
