1. Installation and replacement of welding wheel

When the welding wheel needs to be replaced due to wear during the welding process, the welding wheel can be removed by loosening the screw. Install the new wheel and tighten the screw. After the welding wheel is replaced, ensure that the welding wheel is free of dead spots, astringent wrinkles and rotates freely. When replacing the welding wheel, it is necessary to inject "conductive grease".

2. Precautions for linear motors

1) The guide rail of the platform shall be regularly maintained and recommend with AFF grease. The maintenance frequency is 100KM/time.

2) The platform guide rail should avoid hand sweat and corrosive liquid contact, which will cause the guide rail to rust or jam the slider to affect the accuracy and generate noise.

3) The stator part of the linear motor installed in the platform is equipped with strong magnetic, iron parts, mobile phones, etc. need to be kept away.

3. Precautions for linear guide rail and screw

1) Check every 3 months to keep the linear guide track clean and free of dust and debris. Pay attention to whether there are foreign objects (chips, etc.) entering, if so, remove them.

2) Grease supplement: fill once every 100km (or 1~3 months) with a filling amount of 30 ~ 50% of the space between the screw and the nut (excluding the space occupied by the ball).

3) Do not mix lubricants (grease) of different properties. Because different greases contain different thickeners and additives, they will affect the lubrication effect.

4. Precautions for scroll dry vacuum pump

Pump in the use of the specified time, to carry out some inspection and maintenance work, otherwise it will affect the performance indicators and service life of the pump.

The front and rear bearings, rear bearing seat and sealing strip of the motor need to be replaced every two years or every 12000 hours of use. The maintenance work is completed by the manufacturer, and it is not recommended that the user disassemble the machine by himself. If it is found that the customer has disassembled the machine by himself during the warranty period, once it is found, the pump manufacturer will not grant the warranty service of the machine, please pay attention.
