After opening the cover, the tube shell can be re welded (compatible with some laser sealing and vacuum eutectic furnace sealing products). After opening the cover, it can be re sealed to meet the airtightness requirements of GJB548B.

    The automatic capping machine can rework various special-shaped packages such as metal tube shells and ceramic metallized tube shells, butterfly and BOX from various manufacturers, covering microwave, radio frequency devices, sensors & optoelectronic devices, thick film circuits, optical communication devices, quartz crystal oscillators and other products. After opening the cap, the tube shell can be re-soldered (compatible with some laser sealing welding and vacuum eutectic furnace sealing welding products), and the cap can be re-sealed after opening the cap.

    It can meet the needs of opening the cap of various sizes and shapes of sealing and welding parts. The minimum support is 5X5mm, the maximum is 300X200mm, and the height can be 100 mm.

    precision cutting depth of 0.02 mm -0.2 mm each time.
    3. Short opening time, high
    successful opening time: a single product (product size 20 mm X20 mm) is less than 2 minutes, and the success rate of opening the lid is greater than 99%. Re-seal after opening the lid to meet the GJB548B airtight requirements.
