Good daily maintenance and maintenance can ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Please refer to the following instructions for regular maintenance.

1. The left and right station X-axis module, left and right Y-axis module, left and right Y-axis slide rail, left and right Z-axis slide rail, and the rest table shaping X, Y and Z slide rail shall be checked irregularly and grease shall be added regularly (the filling period is about half a year).

2. The left and right stations are equipped with spring structure. Pay attention to the degree of wear of the spring during the operation of the equipment. If the wear is serious, the spring of the same type needs to be replaced in time.

3. After the welding electrode is used for a period of time, burrs and other phenomena will appear, which will affect the welding quality. At this time, it should be removed and polished to remove burrs. In order to ensure the coaxial alignment of the electrode during installation, it is recommended to use electrode tooling for auxiliary installation. (Electrode tooling (see figure below): This electrode tooling is generally installed before replacing a new electrode, so as to adjust the upper and lower coaxial alignment of the electrode. After the alignment is adjusted, the problem of upper and lower misalignment of the electrode will not occur if the new electrode is installed.)

4. Regularly check the amount of oil in the triplet refueling tank as indicated by the arrow in the figure below. Special oil It is recommended to use BAOF brand oil for oil mist BF-01
