High precision cap sealing machine

This equipment is specially developed for high-speed TO-CAN(TO38/46/56) devices used in optical communication and sensor components, and is a high-precision cap sealing machine packaged in an inert atmosphere environment. The equipment adopts capacitive energy storage power supply, which realizes short-time welding, less thermal influence, high precision and stable quality packaging process. The equipment has accurate sealing and welding positioning: the machine vision system matches its own algorithm (the company has software copyright) to realize high-precision positioning. LD products: the alignment accuracy of the luminous strip and cap-lens center is 100 controlled within ± 5um and 90% within ± 2um, which can meet the stable batch production requirements of 5G TO-CAN devices.

Fully automatic and efficient one second machine sealing cap machine

This equipment is specially developed and designed for the batch packaging requirements of TO-CAN(TO38/46/56) device high-speed production lines used in optical communication and sensor components. Parallel sealing welding machine

It is suitable for linear, linear array or rotary packaging of optoelectronic devices, semiconductor devices, TO-type tube shells and other products. The equipment can also be attached with an automatic upper cover function module. The equipment uses a high-precision vision system to accurately calibrate and position, and automatically completes the patch work.
