Oven temperature setting area: normal temperature~200 ℃, actual temperature deviation ± 5 ℃ (based on the nine point temperature measurement result); The minimum unit for oven baking time setting is 1 minute; Heating rate>1.5 ℃/min; Equipped with two baking modes: vacuum and nitrogen filling; It has the function of setting the time and frequency separately for different baking stages in different modes, and freely combining different modes.
    3. It has the function of automatically locking the oven door and interlocking the inner and outer doors during the baking stage, and the function of automatically opening the glove box door connected to the oven after baking is completed. Prevent misoperation from causing the glove box to be connected to the atmosphere.
    4. The oven requires good insulation performance both inside and outside, with a contact temperature of ≤ 45 ℃ outside the box.
    5. The glove box is equipped with anti-static gloves to meet ESD requirements.
