Mechanical Structure Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1, In accordance with the design specification process of the technical department to carry out the design rules, according to the requirements of the department's product research and development, participate in the formulation of technical design scheme, put forward favorable suggestions and opinions on the technical scheme.

2. Complete the design of R & D product components independently, complete the preparation of technical documents and drawing design as planned, record various working elements in time, and prepare complete product documents. Timely discover various problems and hidden dangers in the technical process, and submit solutions to relevant leaders for approval.

3, In conjunction with the production department to complete the assembly, debugging, debugging design problems.

4. Project responsibility system: including but not limited to the overall scheme design, component design, selection of purchased parts, post-processing drawings, technical exchange of supplier processing, coordination with the action programming of electrical engineers, technical handover with the production department, and communication with customer requirements.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in using 3D drawing software;

2. Bachelor degree or above in general recruitment machinery.

3. Experience in non-standard mechanical design in electronic components industry, broad vision and solid basic skills; Successful experience in independent design of complex precision equipment; In-depth understanding and experience of machining process and assembly process
